By accessing and using Premium Gateway ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Premium Gateway provides a subscription management platform for Telegram channel creators and their subscribers. The Service includes:

• Telegram bot integration for creators and customers
• Payment processing through Stripe
• Subscription management tools
• Analytics and reporting features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register through our Telegram bots. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Fees

Premium Gateway charges a 10% platform fee on all transactions processed through the Service. This fee is automatically deducted before payouts to creators.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. By using our Service, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.3 Refunds

Refund policies are determined by individual creators. Premium Gateway facilitates but does not control refund decisions.

5. Creator Responsibilities

Creators using Premium Gateway agree to:

• Provide legitimate content and services to subscribers
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the platform for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Manage their own tax obligations
• Respect subscriber privacy and data

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Premium Gateway to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraud or money laundering
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Sell or distribute illegal content
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Content Policy

7.1 Creator Content

Creators retain ownership of their content. By using our Service, creators grant Premium Gateway a license to display and distribute their content as necessary for Service operation.

7.2 Content Standards

All content must comply with Telegram's Terms of Service and applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these standards.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and complying with applicable data protection laws.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Premium Gateway and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Premium Gateway shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premium Gateway from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Premium Gateway operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through our Service or Telegram bots.
