• Bot infrastructure for managing premium channels
• Payment processing via Stripe
• Subscriber management tools
• Analytics and reporting
• Affiliate program management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• One account per person or entity
• You must be at least 18 years old

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Our affiliate program offers:

• 20% lifetime commission on platform fees from referred creators
• Automatic tracking and payment
• Monthly payouts via Stripe

6. Content Guidelines

Prohibited Content

You may not use our platform for content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Promotes violence or illegal activities
• Contains adult content without proper disclosure
• Constitutes spam or misleading information

7. Payment Terms

7.1 Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Creators must have a valid Stripe account
• Payouts follow Stripe's standard schedule
• We are not responsible for Stripe's processing delays

7.2 Refunds

Refund policies are set by individual creators. Premium Gateway does not handle refund requests directly.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Display your channel information to potential subscribers
• Process payments on your behalf
• Provide analytics and reporting

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:

• Perform scheduled maintenance
• Update or modify features
• Suspend service for security reasons

10. Limitation of Liability

Premium Gateway shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits or revenue
• Service interruptions
• Data loss or corruption
• Third-party actions or content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Premium Gateway from any claims arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your content
• Violation of these terms
• Violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to the platform will be disabled
• Pending payments will be processed
• You may export your subscriber data

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via:

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
